You may close your account at any time by contacting Nabu88 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn through your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal.
Bonus funds and real money are held separately in your account. When you have both, real money is wagered first by default. Bonus funds are used once real money is exhausted, unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using specific low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — may result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings and account suspension.
